Laundry Valet - Soho House Rome We are seeking an outgoing Laundry Valet to join our team. As Laundry Valet you will support the housekeeping team with general cleaning duties, maintain organized storage areas and assist with guests requests. A successful Housekeeping employee is trustworthy, organized, dependable and passionate about creating tidy spaces with a great can-do attitude! Responsibilities Clean and prepare public areas, including dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing Assist housekeepers with the transport of linens, cleaning supplies, and other materials across the property Personalise the member’s experience by adhering to Soho House standards for ambiance, including specific arrangements for lightning, amenities, and signature scents Sanitize bathrooms, including cleaning sinks, toilets and mirrors Stock and arrange toiletries according to Soho House guidelines Collect and distribute clean and dirty laundry, ensuring proper handling and organization Ensure all linens, towels and amenities are presented perfectly and replaced as needed Collect, wash, dry, fold and return clothing items exclusively for member guests Report any repairs or maintenance needs to responsible manager ensuring we uphold exceptional service standards Ensure all areas are presentable and meet House standards Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with Members What we are looking for – Laundry Valet Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Yes, yes, yes mentality Can do attitude Previous experience within hospitality Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Attention to detail and a structured way of working Good English and Italian language skills Benefits Soho House offers competitive compensation packages for our Laundry Valet that feature global benefits and perks.
