Engaging with government authorities and other CELA contacts to respond to process and policy questions, and to resolve legal document ambiguities. Prior experience with privacy laws, data retention laws, and/or surveillance lawsCIPP privacy compliance certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain certification Familiarity with the technology industry and the impact of social media highly desirable
