Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting the development, maintenance and implementation of the Bank’s internal corporate governance framework, including governance documents, decision-making processes and annual governance-related activities,

Monitoring new legal and regulatory developments in corporate governance and labor law, assessing their impact on the Bank and supporting their timely implementation,
-
Identifying, monitoring and helping to prevent legal risks in corporate governance and labor law matters, and escalating material issues where appropriate,
-
Providing legal support to management bodies and other internal stakeholders on corporate governance matters, including preparation, review and quality assurance of governance materials,
-
Advising on internal rules, representation rights, authorizations, delegation arrangements and other corporate governance documentation,
-
Advising internal stakeholders on labor law matters, including employment documentation, employee-related processes and the legal aspects of organizational changes,
-
Representing the bank in courts and other dispute resolution authorities in labor law cases,
-
Cooperating with Legal, HR, Compliance and business stakeholders to ensure practical, consistent and business-oriented legal advice in corporate governance and labor law matters.
To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have:

A Master’s degree in Law,
-
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably gained in a financial institution, law firm, supervisory authority or another regulated environment,
-
Ability to translate legal requirements into practical and business-oriented advice,
-
Ability to work independently,
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
-
Professional working proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
