Why this role exists As a Lead Consultant on the Front Office team, you'll play a central role in helping asset managers and wealth managers bring traders and portfolio managers onto Ridgeline's platform — guiding clients through discovery, configuration, and go-live for the systems that power their day-to-day trading. This is a chance to help shape a growing part of our business, working directly with client stakeholders on some of the most complex and highest-visibility work our platform supports. What success looks like At 6 months, you're a capable resource on a live project: comfortable in Ridgeline configuration, Ridgeline workflows, and front-office workflows end to end. By 12 months, you independently own the full project lifecycle, from discovery through go-live, the way recent team members have grown into owning their own implementations. What you'll do Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end, from discovery through go-live, engaging customer leaders to design and deploy workflows across the investment management lifecycle. Configure and test Ridgeline tenants for clients, including portfolio setup, compliance rules, data migration, security master, trade and settlement, and reporting, while educating clients along the way. Develop and apply deep expertise in the investment management domain and all aspects of Ridgeline’s software and ensure customers take full advantage of the Ridgeline product and workflows Partner with Ridgeline’s engineering and product management teams to identify and solve product bugs, recommend new feature development, translate customer enhancement requests, and relay client feedback. Collaborate with technical integration consultants and the project team to support efforts of designing, building, testing, and deploying customer integrations, and to iteratively build the tools and templates necessary to implement efficiently and cost effectively. Resolve time-sensitive issues during go-live hypercare, escalating when appropriate. Contribute to a collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency, including providing mentorship and coaching to functional and integration consultants as the Consulting organization continues to scale. Domestic travel expected: 25-30%. What we look for 7+ years implementing investment management software in a customer-facing role, ideally with front office, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations experience (buy-side, broker-dealer, or vendor). Solid understanding of investment instruments (equity, fixed income, multi-currency, derivatives, alternatives) and the full portfolio investment lifecycle, from trade order management through post-trade workflows like settlement and confirm/affirm. Experience implementing scalable, repeatable processes, educating customers on best practices, and delivering tailored training. Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills: builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders, explains complex concepts clearly and confidently, and handles escalations and direct feedback with patience, poise, and professionalism. Intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to learn new software quickly, with a desire to understand the "why" behind each client's workflows. Comfort with an evolving product, rather than needing a fixed process. Independent ownership balanced with proactive team communication. Highly organized, with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for world-class customer service, and a serious interest in having fun at work. ( Optional) Bonus Points Wealth management domain exposure. Project management skills and/or experience leading successful implementations of enterprise SaaS solutions. Understanding of Agile principles and software development lifecycles. Familiarity with Google Apps and/or the MS Office suite. Advanced spreadsheet skills (MS Excel). Comfortable working with Slack, JIRA/Confluence, and professional services applications such as Kantata. Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology. Compensation and Benefits  The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $143,000-$179,000 OTE.
