Lead contract management activities and support the effective administration of contractual relationships across relevant customer and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure contract-related activities are coordinated effectively and aligned with business needs. Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing, managing, and maintaining contractual documentation and related processes. Support the resolution of contract-related questions, issues, and requirements while maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders. Help ensure contract activities are handled efficiently within a complex, fast-changing life sciences environment. Contribute to process improvements and challenge existing ways of working where opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, or consistency are identified. Requirements Previous professional experience in contract management or a closely related commercial, legal, operational, or business function. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and evolving environment. Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with contractual documentation, processes, and stakeholder requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, teams, and geographies. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a practical approach to addressing contract-related challenges. Ability to operate effectively in a global, highly collaborative environment and work with stakeholders from different professional and cultural backgrounds.
