Lead Entertainment Consultant, Tour Performance

This role is responsible for the day-to-day commercial execution and success of the Entertainment touring portfolio. This role partners closely with promoters, client venues, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Business Operations, and Sales to ensure every booked show is positioned for success from initial planning through the full concert lifecycle. This role serves as a driver of excellence for the portfolio of Concert tours —driving onsale readiness, monitoring performance, managing pipeline visibility, supporting client & promoters relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue across key commercial levers. The Lead ensures consistent execution across the touring portfolio while providing the leader of the department with the insights, reporting, and operational support needed to drive strategic business decisions. What you'll do Tour Lifecycle Management Manage the day-to-day performance of active touring shows from booking through post-event Coordinate cross-functional execution across Client Success, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Business Operations Monitor concert lifecycle health and proactively identify opportunities or risks impacting show performance Ensure clients & promoters receive consistent communication and support throughout the touring lifecycle Onsale Excellence Coordinate onsale readiness across internal and external stakeholders Support promoters and venue partners before, during, and after onsales Track onsale performance and document learnings to improve future events Assist with onsite support for key events and strategic client meetings as needed Pipeline & Performance Reporting Maintain visibility into the touring pipeline and active show portfolio Prepare recurring performance dashboards, client updates, and executive reporting Analyze historical performance to identify operational improvements and emerging trends Client & Industry Support Serve as a day-to-day contact for promoters, venue partners, and other stakeholders Coordinate client meetings, business reviews, and roadshows in support of the touring dept lead Escalate strategic issues while independently resolving operational challenges Help build strong, trusted relationships through responsive service and operational excellence What you have 4+ years of experience in live entertainment, ticketing, touring, venue operations, or event management Experience working directly with promoters, venues, booking agencies, or artist management Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events Experience using data and reporting to drive operational improvements Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities Perks Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely A WFH stipend to support your home office setup Unlimited PTO Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave  401(k) matching  Student loan matching program Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care $500 per year for wellness expenses Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical $360 per quarter to spend on tickets to live events Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music   The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD plus bonus based on performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
