The Role Veeva OpenData is global reference data of healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. It contains addresses, emails, specialties, demographics, compliance data (license information and industry identifiers) and affiliations. It is available in 100+ countries today and 125 countries by end of 2025.

As our lead, you will guide and develop a remote team of researchers who identify various data related to OpenData while following compliance and quality standards. You will design data production processes and drive process and technology improvements. You are fully responsible for your team's performance (efficiency and quality).

What You'll Do

• Lead a team with a headcount of 50+

• Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects

• Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team

• Own your team’s KPIs and its performance

• Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation

• Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously

Qualifications And Requirements

• 3+ years of extensive people leadership experience

• Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization

• 3+ years of working experience

• Comfortable working remotely in an international environment

Compensation

• Total compensation: 25,000 - 38,000 EUR

• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
