Analyze variances from approved plans and implement changes to keep projects aligned with scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Develop project effort, cost, and resource estimates and track actual performance against approved plans. Maintain effective communication and collaboration across customers, internal teams, external stakeholders, and project leadership. Conduct periodic project performance reviews and provide clear status updates, measurements, and insights to senior management and program leadership. Ensure project documentation, schedules, risk information, and other work products remain accurate, accessible, and ready for review and approval. Apply project management tools and performance measurements to support effective planning, tracking, oversight, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline. 10+ years of program or project management experience, including substantial experience managing IT-related projects. PMP certification or an equivalent recognized project management certification. Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating large project management teams in complex IT environments.
