This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Software/Solution Engineer based in United States. This volunteer leadership role supports the development and maintenance of internal technology solutions for a mission-driven organization focused on expanding STEM education and career pathways. You will guide junior technical volunteers while helping manage small software and automation projects. The role involves maintaining scripts, connecting platforms through APIs, and improving workflows that support volunteer onboarding and day-to-day operations. You will work across tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Gemini, and iCIMS while collaborating with other technical leads. This is a flexible opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who enjoys mentoring others and solving practical operational challenges. Your contributions will help strengthen the systems that enable a broader STEM-focused mission supporting underserved middle school girls.
