The Learning and Development Supervisor is responsible for supporting the hotel’s learning and development initiatives to ensure effective employee development, operational excellence, and compliance with the hotel’s standards and objectives.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the annual Learning & Development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training delivery, and effectiveness measurement.
- Manage end-to-end trainee and internship programs, including partnerships with educational institutions, placement, evaluations, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure accurate training records, prepare L&D reports, manage training budgets, vendors, and maintain compliance with labor and vocational training regulations.
- Coach and supervise Departmental Trainers, Training Officers, and Training Admin while leading Train-the-Trainer initiatives to enhance learning quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by supporting employee capability development aligned with business objectives and AYANA Hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in L&D/HR scope minimum 2-3 years
- Fluent and Good in Bahasa Indonesia (proper casual and professional) and English (professional proficiency)
- Mastering the Microsoft Office, a plus if familiar with Google Suites
- Able to handle the Training pre, post and administration, and also to deliver the basic and general training
- A plus if he/she have the experience in delivering Hospitality English Class
