Job Snapshot
Mindtickle is a rapidly growing organization, and we are scaling our Content as a Service team. We are seeking someone who would bring in the experience, creative and visualization skills, and be a trusted partner to our customers, peers, and cross-functional teams to design best-in-class enablement strategies. Your overarching goal would be to continue establishing the Content as a Service team as a thought leader in the enablement program design space.
In-depth Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessment closely tied to business outcomes and maximizes customer value. Creative Solution Design: Develop optimized, creative learning solutions aligning with customers’ business objectives, right from ideation to effectiveness evaluation, for deploying engaging, bespoke enablement programs on Mindtickle. Prioritize a learner-centric approach and integrate feedback for continuous improvement. Develop and review POCs, query documents, structure documents, content outlines, scripts, PPTs, and other collateral as a part of the solution process. Research-Driven Recommendations: Formulate strong, research-backed opinions to guide decision-making. Utilize data and external benchmarking for decision-making and solution refinement. Act as the client’s thought partner during the analysis and solutions phase of the development process. Effective Communication: Clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution. Technology Integration: Explore and integrate innovative technologies for enhanced learning experiences. Incorporate multimedia and interactive elements into solutions. Iterative Evaluation: Establish robust evaluation mechanisms to measure program effectiveness. Iterate and refine solutions based on feedback and outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, organizational motions, emerging technologies, and best practices. Seek continuous professional development opportunities. Mentor IDs and Senior IDs. Conduct training sessions to upskill the team continuously.
Have 10 to 15 years of experience delivering instructional design in a corporate environment. Possess solid understanding of and demonstrated skills related to all the phases of the instructional systems design model. Are experience with Learning solutions that take advantage of conventional and alternative learning strategies to meet the needs of the learner population and the business, which could include: Can ensure an effective interface design Are leading content development and organization Are selecting media (images, audio, video, animation) that enhances the learner experience Have strong ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities. Are expert in MS Office Suite. Have basic knowledge of Articulate Storyline, RISE, Vyond, and other content authoring tools is an add-on. Hold excellent visualization skills. Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Have strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Have excellent project management skills: ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines. Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
