As Shift’s Learning & Development Manager, you’ll embed our capability framework and drive programs that unlock talent across the business. You’ll be both strategist and hands-on builder - champion AI in L&D, launch practical programs (from onboarding to coaching), and make learning an everyday advantage. What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose team needs and launch impactful programs - fast.
- Embed capability frameworks into recruitment, onboarding, and growth.
- Pilot AI tools that power development plans.
- Support and evolve our manager development offering.
- Boost or reset our online learning platform - your call.
- Track and share visible progress, celebrating wins. What You’ll Bring:
