Support Worker within Mental Health Services / Support Worker within Learning Disability Services LOCATION: Fleet, Hampshire PAY RATES: £16.81 - £21.01 per hour (including holiday pay). Shifts -24/7 support, Monday to Sunday Day shifts between 8.00am and 8.00 pm Waking night and sleep-in shift opportunities Support is delivered on a 2:1 basis Drivers required Make a lasting impact by building meaningful relationships. We’re looking for Support Worker within Mental Health Services / Support Worker within Learning Disability Services who are committed to making a real difference, people who truly care and want to build long-term partnerships with those they support. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to support a young adult with foetal alcohol spectrum disorder, autism and ADHD to live safely and independently in their own home. Working as part of a consistent two-person support team, you will provide structured, person-centred care across both daytime and overnight shifts. You will help the individual maintain their independence, access the community, manage daily routines and work towards their personal goals. The individual has their own vehicle for the support team to drive. At least one Support Worker on every shift must therefore be an approved driver with the appropriate documentation and checks in place.
