  Support Worker within Mental Health Services / Support Worker within Learning Disability Services LOCATION: Wolverhampton PAY RATES: £16.81 - £21.01 per hour (including holiday pay). The individual enjoys cooking, basketball, eating out and taking part in community activities. Working as part of a consistent three-person support team, you will help create structure, promote independence and enable the individual to participate in the activities they enjoy. What You’ll Do · Deliver person-centered care within the client’s own home. · Maintain safety whilst making positive risk decisions. · Enrich life and promote independence. · Build trust and long-term relationships that make every day meaningful.
