Working collaboratively with clinical leaders, managers, and frontline teams, you will play an integral role in ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and improving health outcomes for our community.The role provides leadership in nursing education and professional development, supporting staff to grow their clinical capability and achieve professional development goals. You will contribute to education planning and delivery, support programmes such as PDRP, lead quality improvement initiatives, promote evidence-based practice, and work alongside teams to identify and respond to learning and development needs.You will also act as a clinical resource and mentor, supporting a culture of lifelong learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organisation.About the Team / Service / LocationThe Learning Hub supports the professional development and educational needs of nursing staff across South Canterbury.
