Supporting the projects for authorizations in different countries. Drafting and reviewing the business plans, different manuals required, contracts and other legal documents. Conducting research under regulation of different countries. Supporting and providing the right advice on various financial services license applications. Advising on different legal and regulatory matters. Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their strategic needs that effectively support key projects, partnerships and commercial goals.
3+ years PQE. Previous law firm/regulated financial services company experience is an advantage. Solid experience working across multiple jurisdictions. Experience with dealing with external legal & compliance consultants. Experience supporting various financial services licence applications is an advantage. Analytical skills, commercially oriented and eager to understand how the business operates to the very last detail. Strong task-management abilities. Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
