Own civil and criminal litigation portfolios, oversee outside counsel, build case and evidence workflows, lead strategic actions against fraud and platform misuse, handle regulatory disputes and turn litigation patterns into preventive recommendations.
Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law; active license to practice before Iranian courts; strong practical knowledge of Iranian substantive and procedural law and judicial practice; experience developing case strategy or managing significant legal matters; strong drafting, negotiation, analysis and stakeholder-management skills.
