This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Operations Manager based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to build and shape a modern legal operations function from the ground up within a fast-growing technology environment. You will serve as the operational engine behind legal workflows, creating systems and processes that allow a lean legal team to operate efficiently at scale. The position combines contract operations, compliance support, legal technology, vendor management and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with finance, sales, product, engineering, human resources and security teams to keep critical legal workflows moving. A strong focus on automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will enable you to eliminate repetitive work and create smarter, more scalable processes. You will have substantial autonomy to turn ambiguous challenges into practical solutions while maintaining high standards for accuracy and confidentiality.
