Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lender Task Administrator based in United States. This remote role supports the day-to-day administration of lender-placed insurance programs and helps maintain accurate, timely service across client and internal operations. You’ll work closely with multiple business teams to manage billing, reporting, notices, insurance coverage information, and account activity. The position combines workflow administration, issue resolution, data analysis, and operational processing. You’ll serve as a subject matter resource for operational questions and help identify root causes behind recurring issues. Your work will directly contribute to service quality, client satisfaction, compliance with service-level expectations, and efficient portfolio management. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build expertise in a collaborative, client-focused financial services environment.
Manage the daily administration and workflow associated with CPI/LPI programs, including notices, certificates, premiums, images, client requests, queues, reports, and related products. Process, audit, and maintain insurance information accurately while ensuring lenders receive appropriate billing and reporting and borrowers receive required notices. Manage premium collection and refunds, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within established timelines. Serve as a subject matter resource for internal teams on day-to-day CPI/LPI operational questions and anticipate client requirements to provide effective solutions. Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues affecting clients, sales teams, loan servicing teams, or insurance coverage. Research discrepancies and operational problems, determine root causes, recommend process improvements, and communicate findings to management. Maintain workloads in accordance with established service-level agreements and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve significant issues and provide clear, fact-based updates until resolution is achieved. Analyze loan-level indicators and client portfolio reporting to identify potential issues, improve product performance, and enhance the overall client experience. Review and verify insurance information across coverage types such as vehicle, flood, windstorm, and hazard insurance, updating loan histories based on available documentation. Meet or exceed established productivity, quality, and workload expectations while supporting additional operational projects as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or vocational/technical education is preferred. Less than 12 months of related professional experience is required, making this an opportunity to develop specialized expertise in lender and insurance operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple internal teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing workloads according to urgency and business impact. Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and self-motivation when researching issues and resolving client service needs. Ability to work independently with limited supervision while taking ownership of issues through to resolution. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, including the capacity to evaluate information, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions. Ability to proactively identify potential problems and recommend improvements that reduce recurring issues. Adaptability and willingness to work effectively through changing workloads, processes, and departmental priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities. Benefits Remote, full-time position within the United States. Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. 100% company-paid life and disability insurance coverage. 401(k) retirement savings options with company matching. Three weeks of paid time off by the end of the first year. Career growth opportunities and a strong commitment to internal promotion. Access to learning and development resources designed to support skill building and career advancement. Opportunities to develop experience across a diverse business portfolio while building a long-term career.
