Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need a university degree in climate change/environmental science, climate economics or finance, engineering, project finance or a closely related discipline; at least eight years of public/private-sector experience focused on climate investment and financing; at least five years of experience developing climate-investment proposals; experience with institutional strengthening and capacity building in developing economies; and experience addressing climate issues in Lao PDR. English fluency is required and Lao proficiency is highly desirable. Preference is given to nationals or residents of Lao PDR.
