Our partner is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative, Insurance based in United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for a licensed insurance professional focused on delivering exceptional service across personal lines accounts. You’ll support customers with policy changes, payments, coverage updates, cancellations, and other account needs. The role combines customer relationship management, insurance expertise, attention to detail, and efficient problem-solving. You’ll work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships. The position operates in a high-volume environment where responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism are essential.
