Eligibility for additional information. In accordance with NIH standard peer-review processes, the application(s) will be peer-reviewed, and only meritorious application(s) will be considered for funding. This NOFO requests limited competition applications for a 3-year extension of the COPE-AKI clinical trial consortium, which includes three clinical centers (CCs) and one scientific and data research center (SDRC), to fully meet the enrollment targets, complete participant follow-up, and provide resources for data analysis and dissemination of study findings. There is currently no standard of care for patients after hospitalization with acute kidney injury (AKI). Successful completion of the COPE-AKI study will provide key insights that are expected to directly inform improved clinical management strategies and the development of standard of care for Stage 2 and 3 AKI survivors.

Tips for this competition
Practical JobOpportunity guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.
- Study the scoring criteria and previous winners before deciding what evidence, prototype, essay, research or portfolio will best support the entry.
- Confirm country, age, team, education and organization restrictions and whether one person may enter multiple submissions.
- Follow the required file format, word/time limits and naming rules exactly; technical non-compliance can disqualify a strong entry.
- Keep proof of submission and submit before the deadline rather than relying on the final hour.
