Eligibility requirements
The applicant must be a Lithuanian research or higher-education institution entered in the relevant register. The employed person from Ukraine must meet the call's researcher criteria, including holders of a doctoral degree or science/arts doctoral candidates, and must provide the required Lithuanian Migration Department registration or residence documentation.
