About the Team : As part of this, we're currently looking for an Operations Intern who will work closely with the TikTok LIVE France team based in Paris. If the intern demonstrates strong performance, they may be considered for a full-time graduate role starting in 2026. Responsibilities : - Analyze user cohort behavior and performance, utilizing operational and product strategies to enhance live streaming performance data. - Elevate live streaming content quality by implementing streamer education programs and maintaining daily communication with streamers. - Plan and execute online/offline events to boost streamers' revenue growth. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and available to start in Jun 2025 at the latest - Able to start as soon as possible for internship lasting at least 3 months (6 months is preferred) - Quick learner, self-motivated, and results-oriented. - Strong analytical skills, with a passion for solving problems systematically. - Excellent communication skills, data analysis, structured presentation abilities, and project management experience. - Proficiency in Italian and English is a must. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant internship experience in internet/tech companies is recommended. - Knowledge of data analysis is a plus but not required.
