As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

As a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the operation of our high-performance AI infrastructure. You will take full ownership of inventory management at our Icelandic data center, ensuring accurate stock levels, smooth logistics, and timely support of hardware deployment and maintenance activities. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently and maintain reliability for our customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Iceland.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Inventory Ownership: Manage and maintain accurate records of all data center parts and materials using our inventory management system.

  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Track, receive, and ship components, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and condition upon arrival/departure.

  • Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels of critical spares and consumables, and coordinate reorders to minimize downtime and delays.

  • Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors and internal teams to track shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues.

  • Onsite Organization: Organize and optimize storage areas for easy access, safety, and cleanliness, aligning with operational and compliance standards.

  • Support Technicians: Ensure the right parts are available and prepped for deployment or repair work by onsite hardware teams.

  • Reporting & Audits: Run regular cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits to ensure system accuracy and accountability.

  • Documentation & SOPs: Maintain clear records of inventory movements and support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics workflows.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience in logistics, inventory control, supply chain, or a similar role (data center or high-tech environment a plus)

  • Proficiency with inventory management systems

  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of hardware components and part types preferred

  • Ability to lift and handle packages of up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Fluent in English; Icelandic language skills are a plus

  • Valid work authorization for Iceland

  • Embody the Company values

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience supporting logistics in a data center or IT hardware environment

  • Familiarity with customs/shipping documentation and import/export procedures

  • Experience working with procurement teams and vendors

  • Forklift or equipment handling certification
