Responsible of planning and implementation of department’s quality policy. Responsible for establishing, implementing and improving the department’s quality management system. Establish and maintain FMEA of GS/OSD3-APAC12. Establish and maintain LPC guideline and plan of GS/OSD3-APAC12. Monitor and improve department Quality KPI. Handle customer complaint analysis and improvement. Coordinate internal / external quality system audit.
