About the Role

Our client is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics, warehouse, fleet, and dispatch operations in Dubai. The role requires a hands-on professional who can coordinate people, processes, inventory movement, delivery schedules, and documentation with accuracy and urgency.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations, maintain service standards, support cost control, and supervise a team working across warehouse, transport, and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, delivery coordination, and returns.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and proper documentation for all logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and UAE logistics requirements.
• Track fleet usage, driver performance, route efficiency, and delivery completion.
• Resolve operational delays, delivery issues, damaged goods, and customer service escalations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management review.
• Support process improvements to reduce delays, costs, errors, and operational bottlenecks.
• Train, guide, and supervise logistics staff to maintain productivity and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a logistics, warehouse, transport, or delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, dispatch, and delivery coordination processes.
• Good knowledge of UAE logistics operations, routes, documentation, and supplier coordination.
• Ability to manage teams, drivers, warehouse staff, and daily operational pressure.
• Strong communication, organisation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and logistics or inventory management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours when operational requirements demand it.

UAE logistics experience is an advantage.
