Summary: Pyramid Healthcare’s detox and residential treatment facility in Dallas, Pennsylvania, provides a comprehensive approach to addiction recovery for those seeking effective and compassionate care.  Pay: The LPN rate is $30/hr, plus shift differential. The RN rate is $35/hr plus shift differential  Shift: 7:00am to 7:00pm, with flexibility on days, requiring work every other weekend and holiday. Weekday (Mon-Friday) 1st shift (7a-3p) $0.00 2nd Shift (3p-11p) $1.00 3rd Shift (11p-7a) $2.00   Weekend (Sat, Sun) 1st shift (7a-3p) $1.50 2nd Shift (3p-11p) $2.00 3rd Shift (11p-7a) $3.00 Top Reasons why a Nursing position with Pyramid Healthcare - Dallas Inpatient is unique: Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc. No catheters No I/Vs/Ports/Midlines Our Nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab who does them) There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc. No paper MAR's - - we have active eMAR RN Responsibilities:  Properly communicates and guides LPN’s in client care responsibilities and assignments Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions Medication administration Knowledge and delivery of withdraw management protocols where applicable Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol where applicable Provide medication education to clients Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments Maintain medical equipment in proper working order Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours Other duties as assigned.
