As a Luxury Watch Sales Consultant for Chrono24, you will advise and support our customers throughout their luxury watch purchasing journey. Acting as the interface between buyer and seller, you help create an exceptional shopping experience. You not only impress with your communication skills and sales talent but also make effective use of your in-depth knowledge of luxury watches gained over time. Terms like conversions, KPIs, and sales funnels are familiar to you — you already have experience in these areas from your sales background and are eager to help us optimize our CRM processes. With these strengths, you bring our online luxury watch marketplace closer to our customers. This is a fixed-term position for 1 year.

What You Can Expect

• As part of our Watch Sales Team, you will act as the key link between watch buyers and sellers.
• With your sales expertise, you will drive Chrono24’s watch sales forward.
• Through daily customer contact, you’ll get to know our clients and their needs, providing them with tailored advice.
• You’ll maintain close communication with luxury watch sellers and gain a deep understanding of the watch industry and its unique characteristics.
• You’ll contribute your own ideas and suggestions to help optimize our sales processes.
• You bring experience with sales funnels, conversion optimization, and sales CRM systems, and you can apply this knowledge effectively to elevate our CRM processes to the next level.

What Sets You Apart

• You’re a true sales professional, and consulting and selling are your passions.
• You are enthusiastic about what you sell and quickly adapt to new market environments.
• You easily build strong relationships with clients — both in person and over the phone.
• You stand out with excellent communication skills and persuasive sales abilities.
• You have experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools, and you’ve already implemented optimizations in previous roles.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills and prior experience in watch sales are a plus.
