Full job description
We are looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and optimization of advanced models that power real-world AI applications. You will be responsible for model lifecycle management from research to production deployment, working closely with product, engineering, and research teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning solutions (LLMs, predictive models) for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to shape data pipelines and ML workflows.
- Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and real-time performance.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation, iterating based on metrics and business needs.
- Champion responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and security.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
- Strong background in large language models, NLP, or generative AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
