Riverside Golf Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Club House Supervisor to join our team. This role, will oversee the maintenance operations of the club house, ensuring that all facilities are in excellent condition and providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and members.
Your responsibilities will include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repair schedules, performing regular inspections, and maintaining equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance team.
- Conduct regular inspections of the club house and surrounding areas to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
- Manage maintenance requests and repair schedules effectively.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
- Assist in budgeting and purchasing of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report to management as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical certification or training in related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Able to deliver technical capacity building for the team.
