Job Overview: Maintenance Supervisor – Sacramento, CA The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, planning, and supervision of the Maintenance department. This position is focused on driving maintenance-related area improvement with cross-functional teams and overseeing the successful implementation of area maintenance projects. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and works cross functionally with Production, EH&S, Quality, HR, Finance and Engineering team members. This position is responsible for supervising approximately 20 technicians. Shift/Schedule: This is a full-time position working 1st shift. This shift works primarily Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 3:30pm. Flexibility to work outside of normal schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required as needed. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and drive continuous improvement through TPM Apply continuous improvement/Lean methodologies in problem solving, 5-Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, etc. Assures equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity and product quality Guide and Support maintenance technicians in trouble-shooting production equipment when necessary Implements proces
