Responsibilities
- Perform various spa and therapy treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies according to established protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas and equipment.
- Conduct guest consultations to assess their individual needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately.
- Promote spa products and services to guests and provide post-treatment advice.
- Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center.
- Certified in relevant spa therapy and wellness courses.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Diploma or certification in hospitality, beauty therapy, or related fields is preferred.
- Mastery of diverse massage techniques
- Physical stamina and body mechanics
- Eager to learn new skills and knowledge
- Exceptional customer service and personal hygiene
- Preferably for Male Therapist
