The Opportunity The ShopBack Management Associate Program is a 24-month rotational experience designed to develop future leaders. You'll gain exposure to multiple teams, tackle high-impact challenges, and work directly with leaders across the company. This is not your average graduate program. We're looking for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are energized by big goals — because you won't just learn from us, you'll help shape what's next. Accelerated growth across 2–3 business functions (e.g. Marketing, Business Development, Operations), giving you a well-rounded hands-on execution experience of how ShopBack drives impact at scale. Dedicated mentorship and leader engagement to guide your development, challenge your thinking, and unlock your potential. Impactful, hands-on initiatives where you'll own workstreams, drive alignments with key stakeholders, and see your ideas drive real results. Cross-functional collaboration globally, building regional perspective and agility in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Critical learning in business and leadership, with a focus on growth mindset, data fluency, and customer-first thinking. AI-native approach for anything that you do; you understand how agentic workflows work, you reach for one when a problem hits your desk, and you can build a durable tool that someone else can run next week.
Fresh Graduate, or less than 12 months of full-time work experience post-graduation AI Builder — demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to build agentic workflows, sharpen analysis, and move 3x faster at scale in a work or academic setting Problem-solver — comfortable with ambiguity, solution-centric and problem identification Clear communicator — fluent in spoken and written English, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-market teams across our global footprint A self-starter mentality — you take initiative, learn fast, and never wait to be told what to do Genuine curiosity about tech , startups, digital commerce, or growth businesses Team player — thrive in collaborative environments, supporting and elevating others to achieve shared goals Leadership — demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to rally others towards impact
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university English Proficiency — fluency in spoken and written English is required, as the role involves daily collaboration with regional and global stakeholders across our markets Onboarding Commitment — available to be stationed at our Singapore HQ for the first 3–6 months; relocation support will be provided for the onboarding period in Singapore Travel Commitment — able to travel at least 50% of the time across markets to gain business exposure
Round 1: Take home Online AI Assessment (2 hours) Round 2: Group Onsite Interview at ShopBack Sydney Office (2 hours), kindly ensure you're able to make your own travel arrangements for this session. Group Onsite sessions will be held from 14 to 18 Sep 2026. Round 3: 1-to-1 Interview with Leaders (45 minutes) Round 4: Final round of interview with C-suite executives (45 minutes)
