Responsibilities:

Prepare standard supplemental reporting that provides analytical insight into the financial drivers of P&L / balance sheet performance.

Work closely and coordinate with other teams to ensure compliance with Finance Policies and Procedures

Improve and develop the business process and procedures

Control of Tax Compliance

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
-
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
-
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial reporting, monthly and annual closing, and account reconciliation.
-
Experience managing and reviewing general ledger, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.
-
Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and applicable tax regulations.
-
Proven experience working with external auditors (e.g. Big Four), including audit coordination and preparation of audited financial statements drafts.
-
Experience in leading or mentoring accounting staff is a plus.
-
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
