Overview /Objective The NFL is currently seeking a Compensation Manager to join our Human Resources team. This individual will contribute to the analysis, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the NFL’s domestic and international compensation and incentive programs. The role will work across market benchmarking, compensation modeling, pay range analysis, and position management/tracking while partnering closely with Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Total Rewards leadership to help maintain accurate, competitive, and compliant compensation practices across the organization. Responsibilities Support the administration of the annual compensation planning cycle (merit & bonus), ensuring timely and accurate execution. Prepare detailed compensation analyses, modeling scenarios, dashboards, and summary reports to support compensation planning, budgeting, and decision-making for leadership. Track, budget, and forecast of the NFL workforce in partnership with Finance, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition team. Coordinate participation in compensation benchmarking surveys and analyze market data. Review hiring ranges for job postings and compensation change requests against internal equity, market data, and business needs Maintain compensation-related HCM processes and partner with HR Operations to validate data changes, uploads, reporting, and system requirements. Conduct compensation-related compliance activities, including wage and hour reviews and FLSA evaluations. Maintain compensation statements, tools, templates, and reporting materials to support program administration and employee or executive communications. Partner with HR leaders on compensation program analysis, administration, and special projects. Monitor compensation trends and coordinate with external consultants, survey providers, and internal stakeholders as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or related HR programs, including experience supporting compensation program administration. Experience supporting compensation program administration, market analysis, benchmarking surveys, and pay range development. Experience supporting position management, workforce budgeting, compensation planning cycles, and incentive plan administration. Familiarity with wage and hour requirements, FLSA evaluations, and compensation-related compliance practices. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. HR analytics, reporting, and data visualization skills. Strong analytical skills and experience gathering, validating, interpreting, and presenting large sets of data. Other Key Attributes / Characteristics: Exceptionally strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail. Ability to support projects effectively while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to exercise sound judgment, develop recommendations, and use data and market insights to support decisions. Ability to partner effectively with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, senior leaders, and external consultants. Background in Mathematics preferred. Knowledge of international pay practices preferred. Oracle HCM experience preferred. CCP or GRP certification preferred. Physical Demands: n/a Travel: n/a Terms / Expected Hours of Work NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. The position may require work beyond standard business hours. FLSA exempt.
