Manager, Emerging Account Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Emerging Account Management based in Canada. As a Manager, Emerging Account Management, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Managers responsible for growing and retaining customer relationships across emerging markets. You’ll play a central role in helping your team achieve ambitious revenue and performance goals through coaching, mentorship, process improvement, and strategic guidance. The position combines people leadership with operational ownership, requiring you to remove obstacles, strengthen workflows, and ensure the team can execute efficiently. You’ll use pipeline data, forecasting, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. You’ll also help expand outbound sales initiatives and establish practices that support sustainable revenue growth. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, you’ll collaborate closely with your team and customers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
