Manager Emirati Segment - Esaad & Fazaa

Key Accountabilities

• Understand the overall needs and usage behaviour of the sub segment to be able to tailor appropriate customer value propositions

• Develop & execute strategies to increase market share and achieve P&L targets.

• End to end ownership of respective portfolio

• Design and Follow-up on the development of sub segment value propositions as per the roadmap liaising with different stakeholders to facilitate proposition launch within defined time-to-market

• Proposition in coop with loyalty schemes such as Fazaa / Esaad etx

• Metallic Numbers Propositions

• Create Go-To-Market strategy, plan, communications briefs for the related campaign by liaising with Brand and Communications, products, and all Sales channels and other front-lining business operations for the respective Customer journeys inn alignment with the core proposition manager

• Develop and implement methods and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the segment strategy to better meet objectives

• Liaise with ABM team to launch value extraction and retention campaigns

• Manage Acquisitions, with a focus in enhancement and optimization of the on-boarding journey

• Manage Customer adoption of the respective propositions.

• Coordinate with C&C, Sales and Customer Operations, Channel CX, for new digital proposition and Journey CVPs and launches

• Contribute in Managing the relationship with the organizations (key accountability lies with Gov Relations for the most of them). Manage the common action plan to increase the adoption of the proposition for initiatives by both sides

• Establish deals with (alone or with the Gov Relations and Enterprise colleagues) new organizations and launch exclusive propositions

• Gross adds by the new propositions and Overall Gross adds of Emirati segment

• ARPU of Gross Ads and Base of the respective propositions and overall Emirati segment

• Churn of the respective propositions and overall Emirati segment

• Base of the respective propositions and overall Emirati segment

• Revenues of the respective propositions and overall Emirati segment

• Margin of the respective propositions and overall Emirati segment

• Emirati Market Share

• Emirati NPS

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors in Marketing/ BA /related field

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Segment Marketing Propositions in Telecoms
• Account management experience would be considered an advantage

Skills:

• Good understanding of the telecom market dynamics
• Strong knowledge of customer experience design, marketing research,
• Solid analytical skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deliver within a cross-functional environment
• Solid understanding of communications and media
• High standard of Telecommunication product and service knowledge
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum requirement, Fluency in English AND Arabic
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.
• PC skills Office Suite require
