About the Role We're hiring an experienced HR professional to lead the Employee Happiness Department for a well-established government organization in Dubai. You'll be the one making sure employees feel supported and valued — from everyday HR services to the bigger happiness strategy.
What You'll Do
- Manage employee benefits, allowances, transfers, and end-of-service processes
- Oversee annual leave planning and health insurance for all staff
- Run employee satisfaction surveys and turn the results into real improvements
- Coordinate monthly payroll and employee rewards programs
- Handle employee grievances and resolve them fairly
- Design and roll out happiness and wellbeing initiatives across the organization
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Solid knowledge of UAE labour law and HR systems
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- UAE National (Emirati)
