This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Business Development - APJ based in United States. As a Manager, Enterprise Business Development, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for generating qualified enterprise pipeline across the APJ market. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop BDRs while establishing scalable strategies that improve prospecting and opportunity creation. The role combines hands-on sales leadership, funnel management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Product. You will help shape messaging, account coverage, qualification processes, and handoffs to maximize top-of-funnel conversion. Success will require strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving technology environment. You will also play a key role in forecasting performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and building repeatable processes for growth.
