About the Role;
The Institutional Sales professional is responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding institutional accounts such as SMEs, IT/ITES firms, educational consultants, and travel companies. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering customized forex solutions tailored to organizational needs.
Identify and target new corporate clients and institutional accounts; deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage onboarding, and maintain ongoing communication to understand and fulfill travel requirements
Prepare proposals and pricing, coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and ensure compliance with company and corporate policies
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, track market trends and competitor actions, and participate in industry events to expand market presence
Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs and performance metrics, and provide management with insights to support strategic decisions
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
2–6 years of experience in forex sales, corporate sales, travel sales, or business development
Experience working with an AD II, or travel/education t firms is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and contract management abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
