Full job description
The role supports human-resources planning, recruitment and progression processes, compliance checks, HR procedures and records, workforce data and statistics, training needs, change-management activity, performance-appraisal administration and the Ministry's recruitment workflow.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must fall within the nationality/residence categories listed in the official call, be able to communicate in Maltese and English, and hold a recognized MQF Level 6 bachelor's degree of at least 180 ECTS credits or equivalent in one of the listed human-resources, training, public-administration, management, governance, leadership, industrial-relations, business-administration or related fields. The call also contains provisions for candidates nearing formal award of an accepted qualification.
