Full job description
The role leads and coordinates community/public-works projects, including project planning, schedules and milestones, risk tracking, site and technical coordination, performance and budget reporting, tender and procurement documentation, contract follow-up, compliance and coordination with architects, engineers, surveyors, authorities and other stakeholders.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must fall within the nationality/residence categories listed in the official call, be able to communicate in Maltese and English, and hold either a recognized MQF Level 7 master's degree in one of the listed management, public-policy, public-administration, project-management or related areas, or a recognized MQF Level 6 bachelor's degree in those areas plus eight years of relevant satisfactory management experience.
