As a Manager in our ISV Practice, you will lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers working directly with independent software vendors (ISVs) and their engineering organizations. The team builds MongoDB capabilities inside partner products and turns successful engagements into reusable patterns for future partner engagements. You will lead the people, priorities, and operating model that enable the team to deliver production-oriented solutions with partners. This role combines people leadership, technical judgment, partner engagement, and cross-functional execution. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.
