Manager, Influencer and Social

As Manager, Influencer and Social, you will lead creator and social marketing strategies designed to drive measurable growth for a leading digital fitness and wellness platform. You’ll own the strategy for influencer partnerships, social storytelling, user-generated content, and creator-led campaigns across the customer journey. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from identifying talent and negotiating partnerships to launching campaigns and optimizing performance. You’ll work closely with Growth, Brand, Creative, Product, PR, CRM, and Analytics teams to connect social activity directly to business outcomes. Data will play a central role in determining where to invest, with success measured through awareness, engagement, acquisition, conversion, subscriptions, and retention. You’ll also identify emerging creators, platforms, cultural moments, and trends to strengthen brand relevance and community connection. This is an opportunity for a creative, entrepreneurial marketer to build and scale a high-performing creator ecosystem in a fast-moving consumer technology environment.
