Demonstrated experience managing performance against measurable KPIs, quotas, service-level targets, or other operational goals. Experience working with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management systems. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and make effective decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent coaching, communication, and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong customer or client service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive or complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
