Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
- To coordinate and lead of Key Account business development
- To achieve sales target, expand sales territory and account penetration
- To establish and nominate sales teams to approach a Key Account
- To lead commercial negotiations for the company towards the customer
- To lead business implementation process with operations, EDI and IT Tools, Standard Operations Procedures (SOP), Customer reporting + statistics
- To maintain a professional business development platform with target focused pipeline reflected in customer profiles and a target list
- To report activities in the relevant applications
- To work closely with overseas counterparts and internal to provide excellent account management to meet customer’s needs.
- To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent More than 8 years’ experience in key account management and freight forwarding, logistics, customer service experience
Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.) Cargo Wise user know-how Salesforce know-how and ability to demonstrate English language Mandarin language
Convincing presentation skills in native tongue and English language Negotiation skills Good manners and appearance Willingness and ability to travel Willing to work under pressure and taking challenge
