  • Lead Manufacturing Technology for the Utsunomiya Compounding Operation.

  • Drive productivity improvement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and lead the Technology team to build a high-performing technical organization.

  • Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, providing technical guidance, fostering employee engagement, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities 职责

  • Lead productivity improvement and operational excellence initiatives to improve Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, Engagement, and Cost competitiveness.

  • Provide technical leadership and direction for manufacturing processes, process optimization, and problem-solving activities.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Technology team to build organizational capability and employee engagement.

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs to achieve sustainable business results.

  • Leverage global manufacturing and technology networks to share and implement best practices across sites.

  • Develop and execute capital project plans and drive process safety improvement initiatives.

Qualifications 要求

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • ​Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience with a proven track record in productivity improvement and operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence programs.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, engage, and drive change across a manufacturing organization.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving sustainable business results.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process safety principles, and operational risk management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in polymer, plastics, compounding, chemical, or materials manufacturing.

  • Experience supporting automotive industry customers or manufacturing automotive-related products.

  • People management or team leadership experience.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

  • Experience implementing best practices across multiple manufacturing sites.

  • Experience leading capital projects, capacity expansion, or process optimization projects.

  • Experience working within a global manufacturing organization.
