Manager, Media Analytics - UK

About Us

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people's lives in homes around the world. Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market, and developing one consumer product after another has allowed SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 3,300+ associates, the company's products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.

We don't just make products. We identify and solve customer problems, some that customers don't even know they have. We tell that story via social, digital, broadcast, print, and retail media across organic, paid, influencer, and earned channels.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Manager, Media Analytics to lead predictive measurement of our media investments across channels—building forward-looking models that anticipate performance, uncover insights, and fuel smarter, faster decisions.

This role will join a growing Global Marketing Analytics Team, transforming data into clear actions that optimize marketing performance and guide media, social, and creative strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in SharkNinja's fast-moving culture — balancing rigor with pragmatism and using predictive data not only to measure performance but to influence decisions and spark the next opportunity.

This role is based in London, UK and sits within our EMEA Marketing Analytics team, with primary responsibility for the UK market. While primarily supporting the UK, the role also provides analytical support to the Nordics and other emerging European markets as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Predictive Modelling: Build and maintain predictive and forecasting models—spanning MMM, attribution, and incrementality—to anticipate media performance and guide allocation decisions before results are final.

  • KPI Measurement: Own the metrics that matter, ensuring media activity is measured against clear goals and forecasted with increasing precision over time, and that agency partners are held accountable against these benchmarks through robust governance and performance management.

  • Cross-Channel Optimization: Partner with internal teams and agencies to pivot strategies based on real-time insights and forward-looking model outputs.

  • Audience and Creative Effectiveness: Partner with internal teams and agencies to analyse audience and creative effectiveness across SharkNinja's product categories, leading with data-informed insights.

  • Brand & Talent Evaluation: Monitor and report out on brand health and ambassador performance by analysing consumer sentiment data, ensuring celebrity investments align with SharkNinja's brand identity and drive measurable advertising lift.

  • Signal Detection: Proactively identify signals, anomalies, or emerging patterns in media and market data to flag risks or opportunities before they escalate.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain concise, audience-appropriate dashboards that highlight what's working, what isn't, and where predictive models point next. Collaborate with Data & Engineering teams to maintain the integrity of the media analytics ecosystem, where data quality is validated, and dashboards provide accurate, actionable insights.

  • Insights to Action: Translate complex, model-driven data into compelling stories that lead to concrete recommendations and immediate adjustments.

  • Team & Stakeholder Partnership: Mentor junior analysts and partner closely with regional marketing, brand, performance and agency stakeholders to embed predictive thinking into day-to-day media decisions.

  • Market Ownership: Act as the primary analytics partner for the UK market, tailoring measurement frameworks, KPIs, and recommendations to reflect the UK's stage of market maturity, while extending analytical support to the Nordics and other emerging markets.

Attributes & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics within a consumer-driven industry, with direct experience building or applying predictive/forecasting models.

  • Strong grasp of both digital performance channels and traditional media measurement.

  • Commercially curious mindset that goes beyond the numbers, to understand marketing effectiveness and commercial outcomes. Constantly asks “so what?” and “what should we do differently?” to influence better business decisions.

  • Experience delivering analytics across emerging, growth, and mature markets, with the ability to tailor measurement frameworks, KPIs, benchmarks, and recommendations to reflect the different objectives and stages of market maturity.

  • Hands-on experience with MMM, attribution, or incrementality methodologies.

  • Familiarity with building in AI tools such as Claude.

  • Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams to act on insights quickly.

  • Ability to simplify complexity, focusing on insights that drive business impact.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.

  • For this London-based role, familiarity with additional European languages (e.g. Nordic languages) is a plus, given occasional coverage of the Nordics.
