Manager of Sales - Engine X

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager of Sales - Engine X based in the United States. This is a hands-on sales leadership opportunity within a fast-growing fintech and travel technology environment. You’ll lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving adoption and spend across a corporate card product. As a player-coach, you’ll remain deeply involved in customer conversations, deal strategy, objections, and closing. You’ll own a defined territory and revenue target while helping establish the sales motion and playbook from the ground up. The role combines frontline coaching, pipeline development, forecasting discipline, and direct selling. You’ll also bring valuable field intelligence to senior sales and product leaders to continuously improve the offering.
